Regular items: We use Australia Post to ship Australia wide. We have a minimum shipping cost for each order of $5 and a maximum of $20.
Skis: We use TNT to ship skis. We supply and pack them in large ski boxes.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days, depending on location.
As a signature is required for delivery, please ensure that you specify a shipping address where somebody will be available to accept delivery of your goods. Usually a Business address works well. In the event that no one is available to receive your order, a collection slip will be left for your to collect your order from the nearest Australia Post outlet. In the case of skis, TNT will take the goods back to the depot and you will have to arrange to pick them up.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
International Orders
We DO NOT accept orders requiring International delivery through our website. If you require delivery outside Australia please email us at sales@jindabynesports.com.au
