Easy Returns

For a seamless shopping experience, we offer our customers an easy return policy.
If a product is not the right fit or not what you expected, simply send it back for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
Products must be unused with original tags in tact and still attached.
Return shipping is at the customers expense.
Refunds issued will be for the full product purchase price.
Returns must be received within 60 days of purchase for refunds.
We offer Australia wide shipping for free (over $100 orders) or a flat rate of $8.00 (under $100 orders)
Customers return shipping may incur a greater cost depending on size and weight. [Please contact your post office or courier for an accurate quote]

Refund will be issued to the payment method used for purchase.
Sale items are eligible for a refund as long as the terms are met.
Shipping costs will not be issued in the event of a refund.
If you need to change a size or style, we will exchange for products of the same value.

Returns may be assigned to a store credit that can be used towards any other products and services.
Store credit is assigned to a customer account and can be used in-store and online. Store credit is non-transferable.
